Ti-5Al-2.5Sn Annealed
VerifiedmetalTi-5Al-2.5Sn is a near-alpha titanium alloy used primarily in aircraft engines and high-temperature aerospace applications, offering good creep resistance and tensile strength up to approximately 600°F. The annealed condition provides optimal ductility and dimensional stability after hot forming operations, with yield strength around 70-90 ksi and excellent damage tolerance characteristics.
