Roboze ULTEM AM9085F is Roboze's PEI-based filament grade for fused deposition modeling on high-temperature extrusion systems. It is printed at a high nozzle temperature into a heated chamber, which limits warping and aids fusion between roads, but parts remain anisotropic and are weaker across layers than within them. Parts carry visible layer lines and need supports for overhangs, and the filament must be dried before printing to avoid porosity. Printed parts are used for aircraft interior components, ducting, brackets, and jigs, fixtures and tooling that must keep their shape when hot. Every value on this page is read from Roboze's own material data sheet — quoted, cited and dated — and is the maker's statement about printed material, not a measurement by MatWorld; none has yet been reviewed by a person.
