AM-350 Stainless Steel SCT 850
VerifiedmetalAM-350 is a precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel (17% Cr, 4.7% Ni, 2.7% Mo, with aluminum and titanium for strengthening) used in aerospace fasteners, bearings, and high-strength structural components requiring corrosion resistance up to approximately 600°F. The SCT 850 condition (solution heat-treated and aged at 850°F) provides yield strengths around 200 ksi with good toughness and fatigue resistance, balancing strength with ductility for critical bearing and fastening applications.
