17-7PH Stainless Steel sta

metal

17-7PH (17% Cr, 7% Ni, precipitation-hardening stainless steel) is a martensitic PH stainless used in aerospace and defense applications requiring high strength and corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures; the STA (solution-treated and aged) condition provides yield strengths in the 1200–1500 MPa range with good fatigue resistance and ductility suitable for springs, fasteners, and structural components operating to approximately 480°C.

Quality & Standards

Industry-Specific

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
