ZE41A Magnesium T5
VerifiedmetalZE41A is a magnesium alloy containing zinc, rare earth elements, and zirconium, designed for elevated-temperature aerospace castings requiring moderate strength and creep resistance up to approximately 150°C. The T5 temper (artificially aged) provides improved yield and bearing strength characteristics in sand-cast form per AMS 4439, suitable for engine components and structural aircraft parts operating under sustained thermal loads.
