· YTe

YTe is a ceramic compound combining yttrium and tellurium, belonging to the rare-earth telluride family of materials. This material is primarily of research and specialized industrial interest, used in applications requiring specific electronic, thermal, or optical properties that benefit from rare-earth dopants. YTe and related yttrium tellurides are explored in thermoelectric devices, infrared optics, and semiconductor applications where the combination of yttrium's chemical stability and tellurium's electronic properties offers advantages over conventional ceramics or semiconductors.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
