Ti-13V-11Cr-3Al STA
VerifiedmetalTi-13V-11Cr-3Al is a metastable beta titanium alloy containing 13% vanadium, 11% chromium, and 3% aluminum, designed for high-strength aerospace fastener and structural applications requiring superior bearing strength and fatigue resistance. The STA (solution-treated and aged) condition provides yield strengths in the 1,200–1,400 MPa range with excellent compressive properties and damage tolerance, making it suitable for critical bearing surfaces and highly stressed mechanical components in aircraft structures and engines.
