TeMoWSe3 is an experimental transition metal chalcogenide compound combining tellurium, molybdenum, tungsten, and selenium. This material belongs to the family of layered dichalcogenides and related complex oxides/chalcogenides being investigated for advanced electronic, optoelectronic, and energy storage applications.
