· TaIr

TaIr is an intermetallic ceramic compound combining tantalum and iridium, representing a high-performance refractory material in the transition metal intermetallic family. This material is primarily of research and development interest rather than established production use, investigated for extreme-temperature applications where conventional superalloys and ceramics reach their limits. TaIr is notable for its potential in aerospace and power-generation systems requiring materials that maintain structural integrity at very high temperatures while resisting oxidation and thermal cycling.

Environmental

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
