· JVASP-4510· ScPS4

ScPS4 is a layered ceramic compound composed of scandium, phosphorus, and sulfur, belonging to the family of transition metal phosphide chalcogenides. This material is primarily of research and development interest rather than established industrial production, with potential applications in advanced ceramics and functional materials where its layered structure and mechanical properties are advantageous. The low exfoliation energy indicates strong potential for producing thin films or two-dimensional variants, making it relevant to emerging technologies in electronics, energy storage, and structural composites.

Regulatory Screening

Environmental

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
