PrYMg₂ is a rare-earth intermetallic ceramic compound combining praseodymium, yttrium, and magnesium. This material belongs to the class of rare-earth magnesium intermetallics, which are primarily studied for high-temperature structural applications and functional properties in research and aerospace contexts. The combination of rare-earth elements with magnesium offers potential for enhanced creep resistance and thermal stability compared to conventional magnesium alloys, making it of interest in advanced materials development where conventional materials reach performance limits.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
