HP 3D High Reusability PP enabled by Forward AM is a polypropylene powder grade for Multi Jet Fusion, in which a fusing agent jetted onto the powder bed is fused with infrared energy. Parts need no supports because the unfused powder holds them, and they come out grey with a slightly grainy surface that is usually bead blasted and often dyed. Properties are fairly even across build directions, and much of the unfused powder can be reused in later builds. Printed parts are used where chemical resistance, low moisture uptake and low weight matter, such as fluid-handling components, ducts, tanks and automotive parts. Every value on this page is read from HP's own material data sheet — quoted, cited and dated — and is the maker's statement about printed material, not a measurement by MatWorld; none has yet been reviewed by a person.
