Raise3D Premium PC is a polycarbonate filament grade printed by fused deposition modeling, in the conditioned state, with parts held in a standard atmosphere until their moisture content has equilibrated. Printing it needs a high nozzle temperature, a heated bed and preferably an enclosed chamber to limit warping and layer cracking, and the filament must be dried before use. Parts show layer lines, are translucent rather than clear, and are weaker across layers than along the deposited roads, with supports needed under overhangs. It is used for tough functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, housings and brackets needing impact resistance and more heat resistance than common filaments. Every value on this page is read from Raise3D's own material data sheet — quoted, cited and dated — and is the maker's statement about printed material, not a measurement by MatWorld; none has yet been reviewed by a person.
