· KBaOFN

KBaOFN is a rare-earth-containing fluoride-based ceramic compound composed of potassium, barium, oxygen, and fluorine with undisclosed rare-earth dopants. This material belongs to the family of oxyfluoride glasses and ceramics, which are studied for photonic and optical applications where the combination of fluoride and oxide components offers unique transparency and thermal properties. The material is primarily of research interest rather than established high-volume production; it is investigated for visible and near-infrared photoluminescence applications, and represents the broader class of materials being developed as alternatives to traditional silicate glasses in specialized optics and solid-state lighting contexts.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
