Bi2Te2SO10 is a bismuth tellurium sulfate compound belonging to the family of mixed-valence semiconductors, combining bismuth and tellurium with sulfate groups in its crystal structure. This material is primarily investigated in materials research for thermoelectric and photocatalytic applications, where its layered structure and mixed-anion composition may offer advantages in charge transport or light-driven processes.
