VerifiedmetalA357.0 is a cast aluminum-silicon alloy (Al-7Si-0.6Mg) designed for aerospace and high-performance applications requiring good castability and elevated temperature strength. The T6 temper (solution heat-treated and artificially aged) provides enhanced mechanical properties with improved strength retention at service temperatures up to approximately 150°C.
