A356.0 T6

Verifiedmetal

A356.0 is an aluminum-silicon casting alloy (7–8% Si) commonly used in aerospace and automotive applications where lightweight components with good castability and moderate strength are required. The T6 temper (solution heat-treated and artificially aged) provides enhanced strength and hardness suitable for structural and engine components operating at elevated temperatures up to approximately 150°C.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
