7249 Aluminum T7651
metal7249 Aluminum T7651 is an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy in a stabilized temper condition (solution heat-treated, artificially aged, then stress-relieved), providing high strength (yield ~450 MPa) with improved stress-corrosion cracking resistance suitable for critical aerospace structural applications where fatigue and sustained tensile loading are concerns. The T7651 condition balances strength retention with dimensional stability and reduced susceptibility to environmental stress cracking compared to T76 temper.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
