2026 Aluminum T3511
Verifiedmetal2026 aluminum is a Cu-Mg-Ni precipitation-hardenable alloy used in aerospace airframe structures requiring high strength-to-weight ratio and damage tolerance. T3511 temper (solution heat-treated, cold-worked, and stress-relieved) provides controlled strength and reduced residual stress suitable for extrusions in aircraft fuselage and wing components, with excellent bearing strength and fatigue resistance in moderately elevated temperature applications up to ~150°C.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
