· TeZnOFN

TeZnOFN is a rare-earth doped zinc oxide-based ceramic compound that combines tellurium, zinc, oxygen, fluorine, and nitrogen elements into a mixed-anion ceramic system. This is a research-phase material primarily investigated for photonic and optoelectronic applications, where the multi-element composition offers tunable band gap and optical properties distinct from conventional zinc oxide ceramics. The incorporation of fluorine and nitrogen as anions alongside oxygen, combined with tellurium doping, positions this material for emerging applications in UV emission, photocatalysis, and next-generation phosphor systems where engineered defect chemistry and crystalline structure can enhance device performance.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
