TbErIr2 is an intermetallic ceramic compound combining terbium, erbium, and iridium elements. This is a rare-earth/transition-metal ceramic that exists primarily in research and development contexts, studied for potential high-temperature structural applications where extreme density and thermal stability are required. The material represents an exploratory composition within the broader family of rare-earth intermetallics, which are investigated for aerospace, nuclear, and advanced energy systems where conventional ceramics or superalloys reach performance limits.

Regulatory Screening

Environmental

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
