· TaTl3Se4

TaTl3Se4 is a ternary ceramic compound combining tantalum, thallium, and selenium—a layered chalcogenide material studied primarily in condensed-matter physics and materials research rather than established industrial production. This compound belongs to the family of transition-metal selenides, which have attracted attention for potential applications in thermoelectrics, solid-state electronics, and optoelectronics due to their electronic band structures and anisotropic crystal properties. While not yet a mainstream engineering material, compounds in this chemical family are investigated for devices requiring specific electronic transport behavior or optical response, particularly in research settings exploring next-generation semiconductors and energy conversion systems.

Environmental

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
