SrPSe3 is a ternary ceramic compound combining strontium, phosphorus, and selenium—a member of the metal phosphide selenide family that exists primarily in research contexts rather than established commercial production. This material is of interest to researchers exploring semiconducting and photonic ceramics, with potential applications in solid-state optoelectronics and phosphide-based device materials where tailored band gaps and thermal stability are desired.
