Roboze PEEK is a PEEK filament grade printed by fused deposition modeling, extruded at high temperature into a heated build chamber. Parts are anisotropic, weaker across layers than along the deposited roads, and their crystallinity depends on chamber temperature and cooling, so they are often annealed to raise crystallinity and relieve residual stress. Layer lines remain visible, supports are removed mechanically, and tight-tolerance features are usually machined. Printed parts serve as jigs, fixtures, brackets and low-volume functional components exposed to heat and aggressive chemicals, often replacing machined metal parts. Every value on this page is read from Roboze's own material data sheet — quoted, cited and dated — and is the maker's statement about printed material, not a measurement by MatWorld; none has yet been reviewed by a person.
