C17200 Copper Beryllium TF00
VerifiedmetalC17200 copper-beryllium alloy in TF00 condition (solution heat-treated and precipitation-hardened) is a high-strength, non-magnetic beryllium copper used in aerospace bearing and structural applications requiring exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance. The TF00 temper provides yield strength approximately 150–180 ksi with controlled elongation, excellent fatigue performance, and good electrical conductivity while maintaining beryllium's characteristic hardness and wear resistance.
