Alclad 2524-T3 T3

Verifiedmetal

Alclad 2524-T3 is a copper-aluminum-magnesium alloy with a pure aluminum corrosion-protective cladding, used primarily in aircraft fuselage and wing structures requiring high fatigue resistance and damage tolerance. The T3 temper (solution heat-treated and cold-worked) provides yield strength around 41 ksi with excellent fatigue performance and moderate corrosion resistance, suitable for high-cycle applications in the -55°C to 120°C temperature range.

RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65 statuses are validated against official substance lists (ECHA SVHC Candidate List, OEHHA Prop 65, RoHS Annex II). Other regulations are estimated from composition and material classification. All screening is a starting point for due diligence — always verify with your supplier before making compliance decisions.
