15-5PH Stainless Steel H1150
Verifiedmetal15-5PH is a chromium-nickel precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel (containing ~15% Cr, ~5% Ni, plus copper and niobium) used in aerospace fasteners, springs, and high-strength structural components requiring corrosion resistance to 600°F. The H1150 condition is solution heat-treated and aged to provide tensile strength around 190 ksi with good ductility and toughness for demanding service environments.
